Mandalay Newsletter January 2022: Freshen up your software skills ready for the new year!

Welcome to a new year. I hope you all had a chance for a break and found time to spend with family and loved ones.

For Mandalay, I can proudly say 2021 was our best year ever. We not only had the chance to continue providing support to many long term customers, but we also welcomed many new customers and gladly accept the opportunity to work with and support them.

Growth and customer support lead to new people and one of the things I’ve observed is when you look at the health of your organisation, you weigh it up in the context of the health of your team. As a leader and as part of Mandalay, something I’m particularly proud of is the amazing people we’ve been able to recruit this past year, along with the people we have been able to develop and give opportunities to.

My message to all of you when we look at the year ahead is what opportunities do you have around you to develop the people that you influence? That may be at home and the relationships that you have with your children or partner or that may be at work. As a person, what opportunities do you have to influence and develop those people to support how they challenge, respond and step up to take the next opportunity in their lives?

Over the last 10 years, Jason has been running a number of businesses including large IT organisations and offers broad knowledge and experience in architecture, technology, design and everything in-between.

Jason is motivated by results. He likes to know that he has made an impact on an organisation and describes himself as having a multi-purpose skill set. Give him a problem and he will try to figure it out right through to a resolution.
