Life brings with it uncertainty, at no period more so than now, and how you respond as individuals will make so much difference, not just to your lives, but to the lives of your family and colleagues. My question to you is: What challenges are you facing and how do you need to grow as a leader in your context today?
I challenge you to have the courage to ask yourself this question against the different roles you play in life and view this period of life as an opportunity to expand and grow.
