The Future...Is the Resident
Thanks to everyone able to attend our webinar last week! It was great to have so many people join us for the event.

There are a lot of questions surrounding the services that councils can offer their residents and how they might be delivered. During this webinar, Simon and Rosemary presented a number of scenarios and how these might look for councils and residents in the future.

During Christmas & New Year
Like many businesses, a portion of Mandalay’s team will be on leave during the Christmas / New Year period. However, our Support Team will remain available to assist with any urgent matters that arise.

The dates affected include Friday the 24th of December through to Monday the 3rd of January. Normal business hours will resume from Tuesday the 4th of January 2022.
If you require urgent assistance during this period, please contact Mandalay's support line on 07 3010 7900 (Option 3). Or, log your support tickets via Mandalay’s Customer Service Portal - support@mandalay.zendesk.com.

All non-urgent issues will be handled from Tuesday the 4th of January 2022.
Hot-Swap Hardware for the New Year
Check your PC's and Hardware
Do you have a back-up machine if you experience machine failure?  Now is a good time to look at and test your PC's and hardware to ensure everything is still in working condition for the new year.

Consider purchasing a spare machine to be used as a hot-swap in case of a failure. We can provide you with a quote for replacement machines or a spare machine to be used as a hot-swap in 2022.
REMINDER: Due to continuing supply chain disruptions of up to 12-24 weeks for PCs and computer parts, we encourage customers to order critical hardware spares and parts ahead of time.
