How to create and maintain healthy relationships with customers

Christmas Support Available
How we can support you this holiday season
We would like to advise you that between 23 December 2019 and 5 January 2020, the Mandalay Team will be operating on limited resources due to Christmas/New Year.

Whilst our office will be closed over this period, we will continue to have support available on public
holidays and weekends for any urgent matters that may arise. It will be business as usual on all other days, where we can continue to assist you with general enquiries and non-urgent matters.

Our suppliers will be non-operational during this period and, therefore, it will be difficult to obtain replacement hardware and associated supplies. Please place orders for any resources you may need no later than 9 December 2019, as this will provide you with the best chance of having your order filled in time for the Christmas period.

Webinar: Digital Path to Future Waste Management
How will you manage the future complexities of resource recovery and a multitude of community services?
This month, we hosted a webinar on the future of waste management where Simon Kalinowski and Darren North discussed current industry issues and the importance of capturing data, and started to touch on how organisations might be able to capture data more efficiently. Attendees were given the chance to ask questions during the webinar and were asked to start thinking about how they would answer the following questions:
1. How many circular economy organisations are there in your council ecosystem?

2. How do you measure waste generation?

3. Do you have an 'inputs' based collections contract with meaningful and measurable        KPI's?

4. Who is responsible for reporting recycling and recovery rates to your community?

5. What proof do you have that these reports are accurate?

6. Do you know what reporting your community wants and how do these reports                  change behaviour?
